I have now purchased two Hondas from West Side Honda, and specifically from Tyler Campbell. On both occasions, I set out originally to buy a completely different make from a different dealer, but received su specifically from Tyler Campbell. On both occasions, I set out originally to buy a completely different make from a different dealer, but received such poor customer service in those other locations that I decided to buy from Tyler because it was clear he cared and wanted to be sure that I got the best car for my needs, and at the best price, too. He was patient through the process, because it took us a couple of months to make a decision on what we were going to purchase due to some medical circumstances that interfered with our plans. Once we decided to buy, we received a fair price and we were in and out of the dealership and driving home in our new car in just an hour or so. We highly recommend West Side Honda and Tyler Cunningham in particular. More
I had been working off and on for a couple of months with Adam Foster at West Side Honda in an attempt to get a 2012 Civic EX-L. When it turned out that I couldn't afford to get it financially, Adam was very understanding and told me to just let him know when I was ready. When I finally had the financing in place, I contacted Adam. He went the extra mile to get me the monthly payment I wanted, and he streamlined the process so that I didn't have to sit around for hours on end before I got my car. I went to the dealership, signed papers, talked to the finance manager, had Adam walk me through some of the features on the car, and I was back on the road in my new Civic in about 2 hours. What could have been hours of endless haggling and headaches ended up being relatively smooth and painless, and that is thanks to Adam's efforts. I would recommend Adam Foster and West Side Honda without any hesitation at all. More

West Side Honda emailed us a good price for a new Honda Accord which had the exact equipment and fea time we have requested quotes over the Internet. West Side Honda emailed us a good price for a new Honda Accord which had the exact equipment and features we wanted. The Internet Sales Manager, Adam Foster, was very helpful in demonstrating the car's features when we arrived at the dealership, answering our questions, and giving us a test drive. West Side Honda stood by the price which they had emailed to us. (We were charged a dealer service charge of $499, which appears to be standard with Honda dealers in our area.) The Finance Manager, Norman Lagrone, was very helpful and professional in handling our paperwork. We found requesting quotes over the internet to be a very efficient way to purchase a vehicle. More
I LOVE my new Honda Pilot. It drives like a car and is super roomy. Tyler Campbell was a great salesperson. He knew every aspect of the vehicle and was very patient answering all my questions.
