This is our first time purchasing a Honda, and the first time we have requested quotes over the Internet. West Side Honda emailed us a good price for a new Honda Accord which had the exact equipment and fea time we have requested quotes over the Internet. West Side Honda emailed us a good price for a new Honda Accord which had the exact equipment and features we wanted. The Internet Sales Manager, Adam Foster, was very helpful in demonstrating the car's features when we arrived at the dealership, answering our questions, and giving us a test drive. West Side Honda stood by the price which they had emailed to us. (We were charged a dealer service charge of $499, which appears to be standard with Honda dealers in our area.) The Finance Manager, Norman Lagrone, was very helpful and professional in handling our paperwork. We found requesting quotes over the internet to be a very efficient way to purchase a vehicle. More
I LOVE my new Honda Pilot. It drives like a car and is super roomy. Tyler Campbell was a great salesperson. He knew every aspect of the vehicle and was very patient answering all my questions. We visited this dealership twice. The first person we worked with was a nice guy but did not seem to know as much about the Odyssey as we would have liked. On our second visit to the dealership we were d worked with was a nice guy but did not seem to know as much about the Odyssey as we would have liked. On our second visit to the dealership we were directed to Gene as the original person we saw was busy. We wanted to test drive the vehicle. Gene knew lots about the features of the Odyssey. However, once we told him we were looking at both the Odyssey and the Sienna his demeanor changed. He had many bad things to say about the Sienna and did not treat us as a true potential buyer. He never asked us to sit down to talk about the van and when I asked if we could talk numbers he told me, "Only if you're willing to take a van home today." I told him that was a possibility, but that we'd need to sleep on it to be sure. When we gave him a price that we found on edmonds.com he was unwilling to negotiate. He basically told us that he could save us a few hundred dollars on the MSRP and that's it. So, we called Airport Honda. We worked with a fantastic gentleman there who negotiated with us and treated us as customers should be treated. And you know what? We bought a van from him. Sorry West Side Honda, your customer service was poor and for that, you lost a sale. More
West Side Honda did a great job when I was buying my Accord. I had done a lot of research online and knew exactly what I wanted to buy. I got a lower price quoted to me from Rusty Wallace Honda but when I arrived to purchase my car they were unable to sell me the car at the quoted price. I then drove across town at 9:00 p.m. and bought it at West Side Honda. They stayed open until 11:00 to help me buy my Accord. They made it a great experience! I will be buying another Accord from them next year when the 2008 model comes out. More
