We had a completely awful experience at AutoNation Honda. Our salesperson was Adrian. My daughter and son-in-law are newlyweds in their 20’s buying their first new car, so I was just advising. They first thought they wanted a Honda CRV LX and found one they liked. I advised them to sleep on it and shop around since there are 3 Honda dealers in Knoxville. This agitated Adrian greatly. This was Wednesday. We went back on Friday. In the meantime, the kids had decided to upgrade to an E-XL. You would think Adrian would be happy to sell a more expensive vehicle, but he was not. He said they had already pulled the LX off the lot and cleaned it up, but we saw it still setting on the lot, not washed. In the negotiations, Adrian told my son-in-law that he could not do math. My son-in-law has a degree in Bio Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, so he can do math quite well. It went downhill from there – Adrian was very contentious – making us all very uncomfortable. I have purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime, and I have never had a more unpleasant experience. This story does have a happy ending however. The kids left AutoNation, went to Airport Honda, found the perfect Honda CRV E-XL, along with a pleasant salesman and had a terrific buying experience at Airport Honda! More

Everything was great. The staff was acceptional, from the receptionist all the way through to the final paperwork. I have now purchased two Hondas from West Side Honda, and specifically from Tyler Campbell. On both occasions, I set out originally to buy a completely different make from a different dealer, but received su specifically from Tyler Campbell. On both occasions, I set out originally to buy a completely different make from a different dealer, but received such poor customer service in those other locations that I decided to buy from Tyler because it was clear he cared and wanted to be sure that I got the best car for my needs, and at the best price, too. He was patient through the process, because it took us a couple of months to make a decision on what we were going to purchase due to some medical circumstances that interfered with our plans. Once we decided to buy, we received a fair price and we were in and out of the dealership and driving home in our new car in just an hour or so. We highly recommend West Side Honda and Tyler Cunningham in particular. More

I had been working off and on for a couple of months with Adam Foster at West Side Honda in an attempt to get a 2012 Civic EX-L. When I finally had the financing in place, I contacted Adam. He went the extra mile to get me the monthly payment I wanted, and he streamlined the process so that I didn't have to sit around for hours on end before I got my car. I went to the dealership, signed papers, talked to the finance manager, had Adam walk me through some of the features on the car, and I was back on the road in my new Civic in about 2 hours. What could have been hours of endless haggling and headaches ended up being relatively smooth and painless, and that is thanks to Adam's efforts. I would recommend Adam Foster and West Side Honda without any hesitation at all. More

I want to upgraded my family car to a large minivan. I first look into a used car, and indeed bought one, but later, I found both my husband and myself are not good at handeling a used car.
