I had an amazing experience at Honda West Knoxville's service department, all thanks to Brad. When my car broke down en route to town, Brad was a lifesaver. He promptly got us in, ensured my daughter and service department, all thanks to Brad. When my car broke down en route to town, Brad was a lifesaver. He promptly got us in, ensured my daughter and I reached our hotel safely, and kept me updated while I was back in Nashville.
