Disappointed. I strongly suggest that the service manager review the days work load and number of people on duty. If they looked at their work load and called the people such as us who live over an hour away and said, we need to reschedule instead of we need your car all day and OH, WE DO NOT HAVE A SHUTTLE OR LOANER VEHICLES. It would have been a more pleasant visit. On the POSITIVE SIDE, they got us out in just over 2 1/2 hours. (after my wife went ballistic on the service writer and manager) More
Dealership is over 70 miles from our home. Brought car in for the second time to have the ac fixed. Although our appointment was scheduled by them months ago and we’re told it would only take a few hours, w for the second time to have the ac fixed. Although our appointment was scheduled by them months ago and we’re told it would only take a few hours, we arrived and were told they were short staffed and would need the car all day. Knowing we were coming from so far away, why didn’t they call and let us know about this change?? This dealership is over an hour by freeway from our home. My husband’s is recovering from recent hip surgery three weeks ago and is scheduled for a heart procedure in three more weeks. He simply can’t sit in a service area all day long! Dispute being surrounded by thousands of cars, our request for a loaner vehicle was refused absolutely. ‘Jason’ was more concerned with getting in the last word than on helping us. He said we could wait or drive back down another time. And this is with an AC system not working while we’re having an extreme heat issue here in SoCal. Apparently, Jason didn’t think that could be a problem considering my husband’s health condition. Or he just didn’t care. Finally spoke with the manager who agreed to accelerate the work and promised it would be ready within the time frame (2-3 hours) we were originally told. Again, a loaner wasn’t even an option. Seems like despite having control of thousands of vehicles, Honda Valencia is incapable of spending a few dollars to provide the level of service we get readily from the Dodge dealership where we purchased our truck! So we’re sitting, waiting, hoping for the best. Based on how we’re being treated today, I would never recommend this place. There are too many other places to buy a car to do business with a place that cares so little about customer service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. More

Bad customer service, service advisor is the one changing your battery without doing any reset and checking tire pressure, I end up bringing my car to another Honda dealer to do a reset. They will let you wait for a long period of time even though you have an appointment with them. I regret a lot getting prepaid services from this company! Don’t get prepaid services from them! More

Failed to order parts for Recall appointment I contacted a service writer regarding the airbag recall. He said he ordered the part and gave me an appointment for the repair. Upon arrival after I contacted a service writer regarding the airbag recall. He said he ordered the part and gave me an appointment for the repair. Upon arrival after a 40 mile trip, I was told that no one had ordered the part. Another one was ordered, however, no one advised me when it was received. After a few days of waiting for a call, I called the service writer and he told me that the part had arrived but apparently no one called me. The 45 minute repair job took 7 hours. On the way home, I discovered that my temperature gauge no longer works. It was 108 degrees and it indicates 86 degrees. I tried to call the service department, however, no one answers the phone. I left a message on service manager's machine, however, he has not yet returned my call. Not very impressed with their operations. More

DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!!!! I brought my vehicle in because the front end was shaking, they also performed a multipoint inspection, they called me and told me that the battery was bad, the t vehicle in because the front end was shaking, they also performed a multipoint inspection, they called me and told me that the battery was bad, the transmission fluid needed to be changed, and the power steering fluid needed to be changed. So after $700, i finally got my car back. When the porter pulled my car up he had the radio blasted. Halfway home i realized that the left tweeter was blown out. I called and they apologized that their employee had blown my speaker out. they agreed to replace it free of charge. So i brought it back in, and they changed the speaker, along with performing a multipoint inspection. (something they normally do with every visit) after they were done working on it the paper said that the transmission fluid and power steering were in extremely poor condition, and recommended that i replace the fluids, when they were the ones that changed it a month prior! This proves that they randomly recommend things need to be done when they really don't. They assume that the consumer is a complete imbecile and knows nothing about cars. The service advisor John tried to spoon feed me a line of bulls#$%t about how even though they changed the transmission fluid a month prior the residual fluid sometimes makes the fluid look dirty. We went together to look at the transmission fluid, and it was perfectly clean. Even then he tried to tell me that if you rub it on your finger and look at it at just the right angle you could see that it was a little dirty. They did nothing to resolve the problem! they are liars, cheats, and fools if you ask me. More
