I worked with Jason Ellis who provided phenomenal service. He was very good at communicating and keeping me updated on the progress. I have a 2019 Accord, which had recently been repaired at the dealership I normally go to due to a recall. My dealer did a shoddy job of fixing the recall problem. Thankfully I was able to get my car fixed properly at Valencia Honda with the cooperation, professionalism, and assistance from Jason. I give Jason 10 stars!! More
