The service technicians did a great job on the 30K maintenance package I got on my Civic. Took a little longer than expected/promised, but I cleared my schedule for the day, so it didn't bother me muc maintenance package I got on my Civic. Service advisors didn’t pick up phones nor call back after leaving multiple messages. One that I got a hold of was totally rude. Finally went in and found one young man who was professional. After spending $937, I got my truck back unwashed which really bothered me. I asked to get it washed and the guy who handed me the truck seemed pretty annoyed at my request. It’s not like there were many cars in there so if you’re electing to work, then work without attitude. It’s not like I’m getting work done on my car for free. Other than my one and only service advisor named Edwin, then I’d go to another friendly Honda dealer because I saw no such thing here at Valencia AutoNation. I hope a higher-up wakes up and reads this because I will definitely not recommend this dealer to anyone for anything. More
