Eduardo deserves 5 Star for his care but the dealership itself I would give 3 since they do not have a ride back to home or pickup service. They said they do not have shuttle due to COVID. Scheduled a routine service (oil and brake fluid change) - as soon as I pulled up I was met by a service tech who took all of my information and advised me of all aspects of the service. My service was com - as soon as I pulled up I was met by a service tech who took all of my information and advised me of all aspects of the service.
