My wife and I were so pleased with the 2016 Honda HRV that we purchased for her, that in 2019 we bought an HRV for me. We now have two and are totally happy with the cars and the service. Eric and Eddie that we purchased for her, that in 2019 we bought an HRV for me. We now have two and are totally happy with the cars and the service. Eric and Eddie in service are absolutely terrific. We know what to expect and they get us in and out quickly. I tried to post a review in FB but couldn’t find where on the Auto Nation page to do it. Mine was a basic oil change, tire rotation.Overall ok. Mine was a basic oil change, tire rotation. Overall ok. Although the tires were not rotated. And the undercarriage was not wiped down as oil was drip Mine was a basic oil change, tire rotation. Overall ok. Although the tires were not rotated. And the undercarriage was not wiped down as oil was dripping on my garage floor when I got home. There are cross members that can trap oil if not wiped. I asked that this be done, it wasn’t so I did it. I’ll probably rotate the tires myself. More
