AutoNation Honda Valencia - Service Center

This is my 4th time having my alignment done at this dealer. I'm my own Honda mechanic but I don't have an alignment rack at home, who does right? I just replaced my 4 struts and coils along with new lo dealer. I'm my own Honda mechanic but I don't have an alignment rack at home, who does right? I just replaced my 4 struts and coils along with new lower ball joints. My Element has 295,000 miles on it and it's in great shape. Since I did the shocks and ball joints I needed an alignment, I requested to make sure the steering wheel is straight or I will be bringing it back. The steering wheel was not straight so I came back a few days later. Every time I bring my 2005 Honda Element into this dealer they always try and tell me my car needs something that I've already replaced with OEM Honda parts. This time they said they can't get my steering wheel and alignment correctly because I need new rear control arms and knuckles, my rear control arms were replaced a year ago and there's nothing in wrong with my rear knuckles. After two trips this was a total waste of time and money. I guess I need to find a local alignment shop that just does alignments and doesn't try to sell me parts and labor I don't need. This is the reason "Stealerships" have a bad reputation. More
