Their service booking system is horrible. I called, requested my advisor and was given dates she was available. I booked one only to show up and be told oh yeah she’s off every Friday. Requested the shuttle for a one o’clock apt only to be told the shuttle had already left at 1:03 and I could sit for an hour and wait till 2.
