Where to begin. LIED about my credit report, LIED about an interest rate, quoted me an interest rate and LIED to charge me another on the paperwork. When I caught them on the interest rate switch the mana an interest rate, quoted me an interest rate and LIED to charge me another on the paperwork. When I caught them on the interest rate switch the manager kicked us out of the dealership. On top of that, they played the classic dealership scams of "good cop bad cop" and then said that we were accusing them of being liars. VERY rude overall. Icing on the cake: they kept my driver's license and I had to go get it the next day. Wanted me to see a salesperson to get it back until I got upset and then just gave it back. More
