Kelley offered great customer service but the finance manager was awful, rude to us. My husband asked some question when were signing and he answered very short like he didnt want to talk to us. I asked if he was mad because we had turned down the purchase of extended warranty he said No but everything after we turned it down was silence. If we had questions he would answer like obligated to answer. I expressed how upset I was of the way he was explaining things to us. One of his answers regarding the service was "if there is no service station around your area well dont use it because anyways it didnt cost you a penny" that was his answer to my husband when he asked what service locations where around the area. Just before buying the Titan we had purchased an Armada at buena park Honda ... They had excellent customer service from lobby to representatives and finance mgr Great customer service there, unlike Valencia never again!! More

I have never found a worse customer service to deal with. 5 hour wait for a scheduled oil change? I cant believe how many failures Ive had to deal with. I have written a 6 page letter of complaints to which they have addressed none. My only response ive ever gotten is "someone will get back to you on this"...... and they never do. Im almost to the point of taking them to court. More

My 100 month battery died after 30 months and they told me my warranty wasn't valid. So after paying $140 for a new battery and installation, they didn't even wash my car!!! I was given a lame story that their machine must have been broken. "Must have been"? They didn't know? Simi Valley Ford would have washed my Honda, even though it didn't say Ford on it! That's not the complete story, so out of fairness, here's the rest. But it doesn't get any better. My battery went out 30 months ago while the van was still under factory warranty and Power Honda Valencia installed a new (100 month) battery. Since this one (also) went bad and Honda paid for it, not us, they wouldn't give us a new battery. They actually said that that was because we could be coming in for a new battery every 30 months!!!!! Are you kidding me? It's a 100 month battery! With Honda written all over it! If you had intended for me to use a replacement battery for only 30 months, why didn't you install a 30 month battery? This is the second time I haven't received a car wash with my service, which is only an insult to the xx injury dished out by their service department by not honoring a warranty with a quality product (that had Honda written all over it). Don't go to Power Honda. Don't buy Honda parts. Find a dealership with more integrity, sells parts they stand behind and EARNS your business. I will. More

I not only bought a new car from this dealer but the warranty every dealership offers at the time of purchase. Long story short, I sold my car and while trying to transfer it to the new owner the Finan warranty every dealership offers at the time of purchase. Long story short, I sold my car and while trying to transfer it to the new owner the Finance department made it so hard to process that the new owner just got tired of them and quit getting it. When I contacted Jason in the Finance department he did not provide me with the right information; first, he claimed this transfer could been done at any dealer when the contract was clear about being done at the original dealer. Second, they asked me to go to a DMV and get a form on a Saturady, when most if not all DMVs in CA are closed. I learned at the DMV and throught another dealer that this is a form every dealer has, we all sign one when purchasing a car. Andy, another Finance employee, also helped Jason giving me this information and if he knew I was being misled he did not say anything. I will never buy another car from this Dealership nor recommend it to anybody. I will tell my family and all my friends about this horrible experience so they can also avoid buying a car from Power Honda of Valencia. More
Everything was pretty pleasant from the moment we walked onto the lot, there was no hard "buzzards" attacking as soon as you walk in, which was nice. Nagy did go and pick up the car from a dealer trade (Lancaster) and he was very helpful in giving us all the information about the CR-V and its functions. The only problem I had was with the service dept. Nagy had to go and retrieve a "velet"key and he said that it was a simple procedure "cutting the key". I went into the dealership around 10:00AM in the morning and I was there for almost 2 hours, I called Nagy and voiced my concern. He came back to the lot and went to see what the problem was, I saw my car pulled into the back and 6 minutes later....here's my car. There was a few service techs wandering the back area on their phone or on the computer looking at ESPN. Nagy was very sorry about the delay, and I told him that it was not his fault and I thanked him, he was great from beginning to end. There was a sales manager that was not very professional, which was helping us. Talking on the phone with someone with "bro" and "dude". The person in finance was great, he made it fast and painless. More

We were driving a 4 door sedan and needed a larger vehicle to transport our golden retriever so we decided to test drive a few SUV's. Already knowing the reliability of the Honda, we stopped in to te vehicle to transport our golden retriever so we decided to test drive a few SUV's. Already knowing the reliability of the Honda, we stopped in to test drive a new Honda CRV. We asked for Mary Wasif, (as we had purchased a used Honda Civic from her a couple of years ago and we were extremely satisfied with her knowledge and helpfulness). We loved the new CRV, but they didn't have it in the model or color I wanted. They checked the internet and located the only 1 left in California that fit my criteria..they offered to have it driven up..we took them up on their offer, signed all the paperwork and picked up the shiny, new, Tango Red CRV the next morning. We are now a happy 3 Honda family!! More
