Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I used the internet and got quotes from most of the Honda dealerships in SoCal region and got a good price on a Honda Accord and Eric Tran at Autonati I used the internet and got quotes from most of the Honda dealerships in SoCal region and got a good price on a Honda Accord and Eric Tran at Autonation Valencia beat the price and then some. We brought our old car in for a trade-in at their dealership that evening and they offered a very fair price and we signed the deal.We returned a few days later picked up our car and they made the buying process very simple and painless. I would like to say I have bought a few cars over my time and this was by far the best experience ever. The sales team was not pushy or aggressive and listened to what we wanted and never veered off that course. They made sure we totally happy with our purchase before buying and did not hard sell extras like other dealerships try to do (they did offer them of course).I certainly could not ask for anything more from a dealership in terms of my purchase and how pleasant they made the buying experience. One last thing the staff was tremendous they were all very polite and courteous and informative and were real people pleasers and were true professionals all the way.All of the staff Autonation Valencia were really great, Eric, Nick, Datimar, Heather and Rob made sure we were all well taken care of during the process and did a excellent job.They also followed up with emails, phone calls to make sure we were happy with everything and if we had any questions about the car we would like answered. If I could give them 6 stars for a job well done I would, this dealership knows how to treat their customers and make the car buying process as easy as can be.I will be a return customer after the treatment we received and recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Honda. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!!!! I brought my vehicle in because the front end was shaking, they also performed a multipoint inspection, they called me and told me that the battery was bad, the t vehicle in because the front end was shaking, they also performed a multipoint inspection, they called me and told me that the battery was bad, the transmission fluid needed to be changed, and the power steering fluid needed to be changed. So after $700, i finally got my car back. When the porter pulled my car up he had the radio blasted. Halfway home i realized that the left tweeter was blown out. I called and they apologized that their employee had blown my speaker out. they agreed to replace it free of charge. So i brought it back in, and they changed the speaker, along with performing a multipoint inspection. (something they normally do with every visit) after they were done working on it the paper said that the transmission fluid and power steering were in extremely poor condition, and recommended that i replace the fluids, when they were the ones that changed it a month prior! This proves that they randomly recommend things need to be done when they really don't. They assume that the consumer is a complete imbecile and knows nothing about cars. The service advisor John tried to spoon feed me a line of bulls#$%t about how even though they changed the transmission fluid a month prior the residual fluid sometimes makes the fluid look dirty. We went together to look at the transmission fluid, and it was perfectly clean. Even then he tried to tell me that if you rub it on your finger and look at it at just the right angle you could see that it was a little dirty. They did nothing to resolve the problem! they are liars, cheats, and fools if you ask me. More
Worst dealership experience ever. I'm not sure how they are in business. Their initial offer on a monthly lease for a 2013 Civic was so outrageous and offensive that I had to just walk out. I got the exact same car at Galpin Honda in Mission Hills for $150 less per month. Read that last sentence again. $150 DOLLARS LESS PER MONTH! Just ridiculous. And I was a returning Honda customer too. Don't waste your time with this dealership. Take the short drive to Galpin and get a great deal on a Honda. More
I used to live in Northridge where I had a great experience with the nearby Honda dealership, when I moved to Valencia I was hoping for a similar one. I have gone to the Valencia dealership twice f experience with the nearby Honda dealership, when I moved to Valencia I was hoping for a similar one. I have gone to the Valencia dealership twice for an oil change, each time they had a list of recommended maintenance totaling to over $1000 for my car. I decided to stop going after the last time, when I was looking over the mulitpoint inspection checklist and noticed they did not fill in my rear brakes check completely, they wrote a note to show me (which they did not). They recommended I do some fluid exchanges and told me that my rear shocks were leaking and needed to be repaired for $425. The Valencia associate then proceeded to recommend a deal they had going on for around $500 that would replace most of my fluids and align and balance my tires as well, BUT if she had bothered to read the multipoint inspection chart she would have read that my tires are fine and do not need any work done whatsoever. When I asked if any of it was covered under my extended warranty, she said no. I proceeded to make an appointment with the dealership down in Northridge where I got the service I should have gotten all along: The associate walked around the car with me, walked me through everything, explained that my rear brakes are fine and will not need replaced anytime soon, and that my front ones in the yellow range (something the other dealership did not share). I did not tell them what the other dealership had recommended be done, let them do their own evaluation, they did do some fluid exchanges, and called to tell me my shocks were leaking but that it was covered under my extended warranty (I did not even have to tell them I had an extended warranty) and they would order the parts right away. The Power Honda Valencia Dealership is terrible, not once did I feel like they actually wanted my business or were willing to make any effort to keep it. The pricing is ok, but not for that kind of service. I would never recommend anyone come here for maintenance, not even an oil change. More

After weeks of searching online I finally found the perfect car. I inquired about it through email and was delighted to get such a quick response from Kelley Johnson at Power Value Vehicles Outlet Vale perfect car. He supplied all the information needed and my wife and I decided to drop buy and see how things went. We had gone to visit a number car lots that were friendly but didn’t feel comfortable enough to do business with them. When we arrived at Power Value Vehicles Outlet Valencia we were greeted with a smile offered a cold drink of water and proceeded to have one of the best car buying experience you could ever ask for. We drove away that same day in a wonderful car with a great warranty. I asked if he was mad because we had turned down the purchase of extended warranty he said No but everything after we turned it down was silence. If we had questions he would answer like obligated to answer. I expressed how upset I was of the way he was explaining things to us. One of his answers regarding the service was "if there is no service station around your area well dont use it because anyways it didnt cost you a penny" that was his answer to my husband when he asked what service locations where around the area. Just before buying the Titan we had purchased an Armada at buena park Honda ... They had excellent customer service from lobby to representatives and finance mgr Great customer service there, unlike Valencia never again!! More
