I made an appointment for an oil change at 7:00am, basically I was the first customer. I still had to wait 1 hour for my car. Last oil change I got at the dealer I paid $50.00 this time the price went basically I was the first customer. I still had to wait 1 hour for my car. The finance department though was very rude and pushy after the sale was complete. They were very pushy with their extended warranty and other options. When I didn't want these items, they became rude. I used my own bank to finance my car. When they heard I was using my own, they were very rude to me, which was unacceptable. You should make your customer feel happy about their transaction and make them feel excited about their new purchase. I understand about commission but you also have to take in consideration of not knowing what situation a family is in financially. If a person has a set goal of what their budget is, accept it and help them. Don't try to push them to go over there budget to benefit yourself. That is wrong!
