I made an appointment for an oil change at 7:00am, basically I was the first customer. I still had to wait 1 hour for my car. Last oil change I got at the dealer I paid $50.00 this time the price went basically I was the first customer. I still had to wait 1 hour for my car. Last oil change I got at the dealer I paid $50.00 this time the price went up to about $80.00. That’s ridiculous! Am I going back? NO, thanks More
Brian from internet sales was awesome and very helpful! I really enjoyed working with him. You could tell he was there to make his customer happy and made sure I made the right choice in my vehicle.. The finance department though was very rude and pushy after the sale was complete. They were very pushy with their extended warranty and other options. When I didn't want these items, they became rude. I used my own bank to finance my car. When they heard I was using my own, they were very rude to me, which was unacceptable. You should make your customer feel happy about their transaction and make them feel excited about their new purchase. I understand about commission but you also have to take in consideration of not knowing what situation a family is in financially. If a person has a set goal of what their budget is, accept it and help them. Don't try to push them to go over there budget to benefit yourself. That is wrong! The rest of the employees were very nice. More

The service was first-rate until the end when I had to wait over ten minutes for the attendant to bring my car around to the waiting area. I even went looking in the lot and found my car just a few yards wait over ten minutes for the attendant to bring my car around to the waiting area. I even went looking in the lot and found my car just a few yards away, but I didn’t have my keys. I asked several passing people if they could get the keys and bring my car around to the waiting area, but I was completely ignored. After I loudly complained, an attendant finally came out with my keys and pulled my car around to the waiting area. This all took place in 100 degree heat. Very disappointing. More
