I didn’t even know how to start the car without an old sc car with no tech to a hybrid. He was patient with me and explained all of the new features. We had a dead battery Wednesday night and got a jump so we could take it to autonation Thursday morning. When I called to see if they had the H6 battery I was told by the service center they didn’t have ap we could take it to autonation Thursday morning. When I called to see if they had the H6 battery I was told by the service center they didn’t have appointments available until next Tuesday. So I decided to buy the battery at autonation and have my neighbor install it. When I arrived the parts department employee said they absolutely could help me and within two hours we had a new battery installed. Very grateful to Jason and staff for taking care of the problem without an appointment. More
