I worked with Jason Ellis who provided phenomenal service. He was very good at communicating and keeping me updated on the progress. I don’t normally have my car serviced at Valencia Honda, but my ca service. He was very good at communicating and keeping me updated on the progress. I don’t normally have my car serviced at Valencia Honda, but my car broke down while far away from home. I have a 2019 Accord, which had recently been repaired at the dealership I normally go to due to a recall. My dealer did a shoddy job of fixing the recall problem. Thankfully I was able to get my car fixed properly at Valencia Honda with the cooperation, professionalism, and assistance from Jason. I give Jason 10 stars!! More

Sales was really helpful but Carlos from finance accused me of not paying for the car through the credit union I got approved with. He gave me a nasty phone call one week after I got the car saying the pay me of not paying for the car through the credit union I got approved with. He gave me a nasty phone call one week after I got the car saying the pay off check was never received. To my surprise and to his arrogance he failed to check with his other coworkers so the check was indeed received. I was not happy about being scolded. More

The service was good, but.... I got a low tire pressure warning on the way home after picking up my car from the dealer. The dealer rotated the tires as part of the service. When I dropped the car off, t warning on the way home after picking up my car from the dealer. The dealer rotated the tires as part of the service. When I dropped the car off, the tire pressure was set at 35psi for all tires. When I got home the tire pressure varied from 28 to 30 psi across tires. I pumped them all back up to 35psi and reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). Note to dealer: If you are going to change tire pressure, please reset TPMS as a low tire pressure warning while driving is somewhat unnerving. More
