The gentleman (Eddie) I worked with was very accommodating. 1) So far the electronic locking door isn't doing what I complained about. 2) He quickly replaced the broken rear piece that I had or accommodating. 1) So far the electronic locking door isn't doing what I complained about. 2) He quickly replaced the broken rear piece that I had ordered. Very quick for the service done to my vehicle but the negative side is the advisor told me to wait because they are washing my vehicle but after 10 or between 15 minutes they just parked my van in the ba negative side is the advisor told me to wait because they are washing my vehicle but after 10 or between 15 minutes they just parked my van in the bay area the engine is on and nobody even bother to inform me that my van is ready. and also my van NEVER car wash, this is now the 2nd time.
