The service technicians did a great job on the 30K maintenance package I got on my Civic. Took a little longer than expected/promised, but I cleared my schedule for the day, so it didn't bother me muc maintenance package I got on my Civic. Took a little longer than expected/promised, but I cleared my schedule for the day, so it didn't bother me much. Already drove the car since the service and it feels significantly better after the tune-up. Both Jason and Fadi helped get me set up and back on the road! They were detailed in outlining the various service items I would receive in this package, so no hidden costs would pop up in the bill. Highly recommend Jason if you have a choice! More

Service advisors didn’t pick up phones nor call back after leaving multiple messages. One that I got a hold of was totally rude. Finally went in and found one young man who was professional. After spend after leaving multiple messages. One that I got a hold of was totally rude. Finally went in and found one young man who was professional. After spending $937, I got my truck back unwashed which really bothered me. I asked to get it washed and the guy who handed me the truck seemed pretty annoyed at my request. It’s not like there were many cars in there so if you’re electing to work, then work without attitude. It’s not like I’m getting work done on my car for free. Other than my one and only service advisor named Edwin, then I’d go to another friendly Honda dealer because I saw no such thing here at Valencia AutoNation. I hope a higher-up wakes up and reads this because I will definitely not recommend this dealer to anyone for anything. More
