I brought my 2017 Accord in for an oil change. Patrick greeted me as soon as I pulled up. He was friendly and answered all my questions. My car was done within the 3 hour window. Eddie was my service advisor. He let me know what would be done during the required service. He also let me know that it was early for my 30,000 mile service, but since I do not put a lot of miles on my c be done during the required service. He also let me know that it was early for my 30,000 mile service, but since I do not put a lot of miles on my car - it might be a good idea due to the lengthy time between services. He told me of the additional things that would be done and the difference in cost. I agreed and he had the service completed in less than the two hours he had quoted. He then briefed me on what I might expect on or about my next service visit. He was professional, friendly and very straight-forward. I felt well informed without feeling pressured. More

My wife and I were so pleased with the 2016 Honda HRV that we purchased for her, that in 2019 we bought an HRV for me. We now have two and are totally happy with the cars and the service.
