Worked with Lisa Plowman and the experience couldn’t be any better. I already knew the car and model I wanted and other than the color, all was exceptional. The color selection limitation was due to manufacturer limitation and not due to the dealership. Sales and financing was simple, although having a large down payment did ease the process. The only issue, and I’m not sure if it was a dealership issue or a TrueCar issue, but I was not given the TrueCar value on my trade-in. The trade in was valued by the dealership at $3,000 lower then the TrueCar price. Again, I’m not sure if that was a dealership or TrueCar issue but was the one sour note of the entire process. More
As a woman shopping for a car alone initially they were attentive but asking many questions seemed to be a deterrent for them. Hate to say I think it's because I am a woman and don't think they would have attentive but asking many questions seemed to be a deterrent for them. Also and more importantly I've had some issues with the car since I bought it two weeks ago and no one has returned my calls even after leaving multiple messages. Even when I was there I wasn't permitted to speak with a manager even though I asked to. Perhaps it's a used car customer thing don't know. More
