I had an over all great experience with my salesman. However the process after signing and taking my vehicle home was horrible. A lid in the trunk was missing which I found ridiculous since it’s a brand However the process after signing and taking my vehicle home was horrible. A lid in the trunk was missing which I found ridiculous since it’s a brand new car it shouldn’t be missing anything and till today I still haven’t received that back piece. Also I get a call two days after having the vehicle about needing a co-signer. What I was pretty much put through was called spot delivery. They make it seem like yes your approved and then they just cross their fingers and wait till the bank opens Monday and see if your application will go through. I never had such poor experience at any dealership I would’ve loved if they had just been straight up from the beginning and just said you need a co-signer instead of making me sign the contract and making it seem like everything is good to go when it wasn’t. And then I will follow up on a daily with them to find out what’s going to happen and no one had a clear answer and when they did they never even had the nerve to give me a call to let me know everything has been fixed. I had to be the one to call and find out for myself. Being pregnant and having a daily migraine over this was definitely not the experience I thought I would’ve received from this dealership. More

Had engine light come on and drove directly to my local dealership, Auto Nation Honda in Valencia. Checked in with Edwin Castro in the Service Dept. He advised that they would need the car overnight since service was not available that day. Got a rental car for 1 day. Edwin reported back that it was a minor issue with the gas cap. I had other services done as well. I was very pleased with the service, especially from Edwin. He should be commended for his great customer service. I've been going to this dealership for more than 17 years, as I purchased my Honda Pilot new in 2004. I've had 95% of my service done at this dealership and have not been disappointed. More
