No one seemed to care that we couldn't get the tailgate down or the glovebox open. Also, the Carfax showed that the vehicle had running boards installed about a week before we bought it. Running boards were an important part of our decision. When it came there were no running boards and basically they blew it off, with no offer to come to some kind of deal. Just didn't seem like there wasn't anyone paying attention to details. My sister recently bought a new car of their brand and was looking for a location to start a service relationship.
