Next week doctors apts all this week and want to onc again get you to do something since this is ongoing… know it covid and holiday… please make sure it done so this can stop. Wish my salesman had stayed. He was knowing just wahat we needed and the only thing is he must of never dealt with hybirds nor new that battery was only 8 yr warranty Very unhappy with Honda was hoping for more from what I had heard. Had three Toyota and and Lexus and Mercedes.. the only car that gave problem at all was the Mercedes but need this for safety reason as he was aware of. ..needs it to get to mayo In px as he knew and the situation,.. Even codes are coming up now and your phone lines have been a mess for the past yr. everyone seem very busy too busy but always wanted to sell.. thank you for responding

Btw heard from the manager today by phone .he left message. I really think you know what going on with your Crv touring Hybird 2021 … we do you best to work with you. Getting car back from blowout and bring it to you once again.. i had all new cars in my lifetime sad to think Honda has change from reputation I had heard was very good in the past. I know Toyota still good and Toyota hybirds.
