Had my car in for an oil change and to repair 2 recall issues. Horrible service. Had walked outside after 3 hours, saw my car was ready, went back inside to wait on Jose to notify me. I went back inside and waited another 30 minutes when he finally came and got me. I spent a total of 4-1/2 hours there and that was with an appointment scheduled. More
If you have to use a dealership, this one is fine. The wait was over twice what I expected and 35 minutes over their estimated time and an oil change cost over 20.00 more than I pay somewhere else. After waiting for 2 hours for an oil change (and I did have an appointment), I had some questions about my 40k mile service. My some other questions. My “advisor” did not have time to answer any of my questions and just said he would take care of it on the next visit. My car has 45k miles! He was too busy to just take 5 minutes to listen to me and make me feel valued. He took no time with me. I was just another number to check off. I also usually get asked to “give” them 5 stars. They never do anything to earn that. They just say they want and need 5 stars. He did not do that. He didn’t say or do anything else. Terrible experience. I will go back because they are a Honda Auto Nation and a regular Honda dealership won’t honor the service package I purchased with them. Trust me, I’ve tried. Bad experience every time I’ve ever been. Go buy your Honda somewhere else and let someone who values you as a customer take care of you. More
I had an appointment to get my car serviced at 11:30 AM. I called and I spoke to the service manager name Tim. I explain to him my situation that I really need to be seen earlier. He told me to come on in I called and I spoke to the service manager name Tim. I explain to him my situation that I really need to be seen earlier. He told me to come on in and let him know when I get there and he would get me right in. I was able to get in and get out in less than an hour. I am so thankful! More

I did not purchase my 2018 Ridgeline from this dealer, but have had my service done here since it is closer to my home. Today is the last service I will have done here. When I called to schedule service I was on hold for 30 minutes before a real person answered the phone. When I finally talked with the representative they had no idea what the service indicators on my dash board meant (B 1 3) after being put on hold again for 15 minutes, they came back and said the they were for oil change and tire rotation. I also had a recall notice about my bed cover, back on hold again for 15 minutes then told they had to order a part, back on hold to see what time part would be in. Scheduled appointment, took vehicle in waiting w hours for oil change and tire rotation then told part for bed cover needed to be ordered. Service rep check and the part was here - back to waiting for vehicle again. Asked how long it would take to replace the recall part and was told they do not know. This is the 3rd Honda vehicle I have owned. I have had my service work done at other Honda dealers but came here since it is closest to my home. I will never come back here for anything. The phone reps are rude, the service advisor (Amber Smith) does not have a clue and made me feel like it was a bother to help me. I am in the market to replace my 2018 BE Ridgeline with a new model, and would not consider dealing with this dealership. In fact I will no longer continue my service here. When I think back the last time I did service here I had a similar experience. As a long term Honda customer I expect and have had much better experience at other Honda dealerships. As I compose this review setting in the customer waiting area an employees dog came out of his office and went to the bathroom on the floor in the customer waiting area... while a small child ran away from the large dog screaming. I am done dealing with AutoNation Honda Thornton Road! More
