I took my Honda Crv in because when applying brakes I felt pulsating in the brake pedal. Within the last 12 months, I had my brakes, an alignment and some part for the boot. I am thinking why would rotor need to be turned so soon. The took my car back and about two hours later my car was done. I asked was it the rotors? He said yes they had to be turned. I was charged nothing. So, I am thinking it was warranty issue or they did something wrong during my last visit. I do have a complaint about the Ladies' restroom. The Ladies' restroom needs some updating. The stall door have no hooks to hang a purse or coat from. Some doors do not latch or it is not operational. But the restroom was clean. More
This was a better visit then in the past. I was able to get in wait for my car and get out in a reasonable amount of time. I did have a wheel stem CAP missing from my tire when I left. Had my car in for an oil change and to repair 2 recall issues. Horrible service. Had walked outside after 3 hours, saw my car was ready, went back inside to wait on Jose to notify me. Waited at least another 30 minutes, walked out and inquired about my car being ready. He said he didn't have the paperwork (rudely). I went back inside and waited another 30 minutes when he finally came and got me. I spent a total of 4-1/2 hours there and that was with an appointment scheduled. More
If you have to use a dealership, this one is fine. The wait was over twice what I expected and 35 minutes over their estimated time and an oil change cost over 20.00 more than I pay somewhere else. was a terrible experience. I needed an oil change and had some other questions. After waiting for 2 hours for an oil change (and I did have an appointment), I had some questions about my 40k mile service. My some other questions. My “advisor” did not have time to answer any of my questions and just said he would take care of it on the next visit. My car has 45k miles! He was too busy to just take 5 minutes to listen to me and make me feel valued. He took no time with me. I was just another number to check off. I also usually get asked to “give” them 5 stars. They never do anything to earn that. They just say they want and need 5 stars. He did not do that. He didn’t say or do anything else. Terrible experience. I will go back because they are a Honda Auto Nation and a regular Honda dealership won’t honor the service package I purchased with them. Trust me, I’ve tried. Bad experience every time I’ve ever been. Go buy your Honda somewhere else and let someone who values you as a customer take care of you. More
I had an appointment to get my car serviced at 11:30 AM. I called and I spoke to the service manager name Tim. I explain to him my situation that I really need to be seen earlier. He told me to come on in I called and I spoke to the service manager name Tim. I explain to him my situation that I really need to be seen earlier. He told me to come on in and let him know when I get there and he would get me right in. I was able to get in and get out in less than an hour. I am so thankful! More
