Great experience. My son is a student in college and his car wouldn’t start so we had it towed to AutoNation. Not knowing any one at the dealership and being in Virginia with the car in Atlanta, I was fortu car wouldn’t start so we had it towed to AutoNation. Not knowing any one at the dealership and being in Virginia with the car in Atlanta, I was fortunate to have Alton, a sales rep, to answer. Alton personally made sure my car was there and checked in. Unfortunately was just there did not have a good experience was there because my car was running sluggish I got 30 mins before my appt. was told they would tun a test on it after 2 hrs. I went out to check on it they service guy was on the phone but told me he would check and let me know . Another hour went by no word I went back to his station was not there but finally another man came asked me if I needed help told him the problem he went back checked on my car and two minutes later my car was ready. Maybe it had been ready for awhile ? Was not a good experience maybe next time will be better if I decide to come back. May be y’all are short of help?
