I like that when I go to this dealership there is no pressure about getting me to purchase services that my car really do not need. I scheduled a 7:00 am appointment for oil change, tire rotation & alignment. After 2 1/2 hours and checking out by paying over $200.00. I was given a list of recommended services. I ask her WHY the tires rotation & alignment. After 2 1/2 hours and checking out by paying over $200.00. I was given a list of recommended services. I ask her WHY the tires were NOT balanced upon rotation? Then I was told my VALVE COVER GASKET was leaking. So I ask the mechanic to personally come to my vehicle & show me where. He came out and pointed at the dust which I wipe my fingers across. Then pointed at my engine & stated it was leaking underneath. I immediately called a family member that is a mechanic and was told that I should not be leaking oil. Sadly I went to Pep Boys and spend money for a second opinion. I only have 61,500 miles on my 2014 Honda Accord. They should not LIE to customers just to increase revenue. I am a disabled senior female and you can't trust people today to do the right thing. More

Always professional and courteous. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I would prefer however, that everyone that comes in close contact with me is masked up during this pandemic but that unfortunately knowledgeable.
