I scheduled a 7:00 am appointment for oil change, tire rotation & alignment. After 2 1/2 hours and checking out by paying over $200.00. I was given a list of recommended services. I ask her WHY the tires were NOT balanced upon rotation? Then I was told my VALVE COVER GASKET was leaking. So I ask the mechanic to personally come to my vehicle & show me where. He came out and pointed at the dust which I wipe my fingers across. Then pointed at my engine & stated it was leaking underneath. I immediately called a family member that is a mechanic and was told that I should not be leaking oil. Sadly I went to Pep Boys and spend money for a second opinion. I only have 61,500 miles on my 2014 Honda Accord. They should not LIE to customers just to increase revenue. I am a disabled senior female and you can't trust people today to do the right thing. Strongly discourage visiting AutoNation. Made my husband drive all the way down there just to tell him they didn't have the part and didn't know when they would.
