Took my new 2021 CRV for oil change once I left dealership my car was smoking and began to lose power. Had to have car towed back to the dealership. The problem was they overfilled my oil by an ext dealership my car was smoking and began to lose power. Had to have car towed back to the dealership. The problem was they overfilled my oil by an extra 4 quarts. In the long run this can shorten the life of the car and cause a multitude of other problem. They drained the oil and drove it 10 miles and declared it good. It’s not good for me. I was promised a call back once they spoke to Alex the General Manager. Days later I have not heard from anyone. They didn’t even offer my money back. I’m very disappointed in the dealership. Customer beware. More

FIND ANOTHER HONDA DEALERSHIP … I’ve heard nothing but bad reviews for this dealership from friends and family and should’ve listened. I brought my car in for service while it was still under warranty for bad reviews for this dealership from friends and family and should’ve listened. I brought my car in for service while it was still under warranty for a check airbag system alert. I was originally told my airbags weren’t showing any issues and that my battery was going bad. The next day my battery dies and I replace it only to find out my alternator is also going bad. I take the car back for the alternator and they advise the alternator is fine but my drivers airbag is bad. Their “warranty” does not cover the airbag replacement so they won’t be doing the work. Airbags are basic safety features of a vehicle and it behooves me that something like this would not be covered. After reviewing my paperwork the charging system shows as not tested which means my alternator was NEVER tested and they are going based off the battery strength in the NEW battery I just purchased so of course it would check out fine. I was told I would be receiving a call from the service manager on Thursday October 14 and have not heard anything after picking up my vehicle. More
I took my 2010 Honda Ridgeline for an oil change. A few weeks later, I noticed an oil leak on my garage floor. I took the car back to Honda for analysis because I had never any kind of fluid leak before t weeks later, I noticed an oil leak on my garage floor. The service Dept is the weak link. Most of the service writers are on their cell phones while the lines are ringing. Only one lady was actually answering the phone while I stood there waiting.
