I went for a recall repair; a salesman who was speaking with my appointed technician, was very rude to me. No smiles, no welcome, no hospitality for a buyer spending 2 hours in a room waiting on a softwar with my appointed technician, was very rude to me. Fast , efficient, and close to spot on for my recall part. It took 90 minutes or less to reprogram a new key for me.
