I called and was told to just go in and also I didn’t need an appointment to get my radio reset. Which turns out they were not able to do. Amber sent me away with the wrong code and a phone number and b need an appointment to get my radio reset. Which turns out they were not able to do. Amber sent me away with the wrong code and a phone number and basically told me to do it myself. I then had an issue with my battery so I decided to purchase a new battery. However I couldn’t understand why It took two and a half hours to replace the battery. That was ridiculous and I was not happy with the service that was provided that day. More
