My appointment was at 7:00 a.m., and I arrived at 6:55 a.m. At 7:00 a.m., they promptly opened the overhead door and took care of us customers. The service advisor that checked me out when the maintenance was completed, was professional and courteous and walked me thru the report and thanked me. I appreciated it. Only issue was that customers in the waiting room with me did not wear face masks and I am concerned for your employees getting sick. Also, sorry, but I do not remember the gentleman's name, but he appeared to be Hispanic and wore glasses. Thank you! More
