I was surprised to find out they wouldn't estimate how long it would take to do the recall repairs. I had to drop off my vehicle without knowing how long to expect them to have it. They said a service manager would go over that when I left the vehicle, however my appointment was at 7 a.m. and there were not any service managers there that early. The letter I received from the State of Georgia DDS said they were responsible for providing a courtesy vehicle while they were doing the recall repairs, they refused to do so stating they no longer provided courtesy vehicles since the onset of Covid, however I feel this is the dealerships choice as I see courtesy vehicles from other dealerships all the time, so I was forced to pay out of my pocket for cab fair and had to rely on others for travel while the recall repairs were being completed More
I only come here to get my service done. I feel appreciated as a customer and they are very clean here too . my service advisor - Darrin Story - Is the one to go to he’s only one I will make my future scheduled service needs with he’s a hard worker and even when he’s workin non stop in the mid of a slam rush day he still doesn’t let a busy day get in the way of a good attitude. He’s very kind and professional and attentive and full of Patience to answer all and any questions you have it’s amazing and we need more guys that like in any customer service relations. I always have a positive story to tell friends and family when I leave AutoNation Honda because Darrin Story made it one ! More

Everyone at this dealership was so helpful and got my car taken care of very quickly‼️ On top of that, when I didn’t have a way to get there to pick up my car, they sent an Uber to take me there… on them! Great experience! Darrin and another team member went out of their way in assisting me when I first arrived. After service maintenance was completed Darrin took the time to explain the services done and also answer any further questions. He also changed the battery in my key fob for me as I waited in my car. All were very helpful, friendly and courteous! Very pleasant experience! More
