I had an appointment for a recall set up a week in advance. I took time off of work to deliver the car for the work to be completed only to find out they had not ordered the part. I take the car b advance. I took time off of work to deliver the car for the work to be completed only to find out they had not ordered the part. I take the car back the next day after verifying the part was in to be told they couldn’t complete the work because I had filled the car with gas… (a simple don’t fill up the previous day would have sufficed). So 3 trips for a simple recall. Very frustrating… More
