Bad communication skills, had to order a kit which helps in replacing a timing chain, repairs delayed I was told they were too busy, tech called out the next day and a week later had to take back check engi in replacing a timing chain, repairs delayed I was told they were too busy, tech called out the next day and a week later had to take back check engine light came on .
