Customer Service help definition stating:"the support, assistance and advice provided by a company to those who buy or use its products or services." Customer Service helps customers have an easy, enjoyable experience with your brand. This was not the case when dealing with Ramneet Garcha of Auto Nation. so a quick backstory; I purchased a vehicle from Auto Nation in 2020 and obtained their vehicle protection plan. With that said I will advise anyone purchasing from this location to keep all your original documents and make sure you fully understand everything you are paying for because when I tell you how many hoops I had to jump through just to get duplicates was exhausting. So I purchased the protection plan 2020. 2023 I experienced some car trouble and my check engine light came on. I brought it to Auto Nation and was told that the Gasket Valve needed to be replaced and there was an issue with a coolant sensor. The job was going to total an amount of over $600. My husband brought the vehicle in and called me to tell me what was wrong. He got the gasket fixed but I was like shouldn't this be covered under the warranty? That simple question was when the run around began... there was no support, assistance or advice and it was definitely not easy or enjoyable. I found it interesting that I paid for a service; however when it came time to use it the experience was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call back numerous times to inquire about the claim. Ram plain and simple... is full of excuses and I don't like his work ethics. I shouldn't have to beg to receive quality service. The first excuse he gave me when I followed-up was he didn't have an opportunity to file it yet... said he would call back and never did. Then he told me there was an issue with the claims system... said he would call me back and never did. It started to get grossly annoying and I felt like I was being sent off on a wild goose chase. I ended up calling and speaking with someone else. I explained my experience with RAM and then he finally called me back to say the claim was filed and the part was ordered. My question is why ...why did it have to get to that point? If you say you are going to call someone back ...do it. I was left in the dark. I would have been more understanding if there was an open flow of communication. Then I finally brought the car in today 1.15.23 and encountered another unpleasant experience with RAM. He is the definition of a "SEND OFF". A send off is an individual who will find every excuse how they can't help you because they don't want to help you. A send off is more interested in you leaving so they no longer have to deal with you versus finding a solution. It's a good thing I'm a persistent individual and learned early in life that if someone chooses not to help you .....help yourself or find someone that will. With that said thank you Ashley for assisting me when RAM wouldn't. I asked him for the same print out you gave me....he gave me an excuse( per usual) of why he couldn't....you gave me the result. It goes a long way and you can tell the difference when someone makes an effort. I had the worst experience of my life at this dealership in the service department. I took my car in to have my brakes repaired after only owning the car for a week. I waited from 8:30 am until 4:15 pm. I in the service department. I took my car in to have my brakes repaired after only owning the car for a week. I waited from 8:30 am until 4:15 pm. I had a full tank of gas, I got it back on a half. The communication was very poor, the service was slow, and I believe it was intentional. The customer service representative was dismissive. It was the worse experience I ever had at a dealership. I don't believe nothing they told me, they didn't fully answer my questions. I left that dealership tired, confused, hungry after being there all day and disrespected! More
