I was searching for a deal and but obvious, I had contacted other dealers too. The customer service was really bad here. I was annoyed by the customer service here and bought a car some where else (Honda Carland) As a courtesy, I notified Team Honda that I had finalized on deal somewhere else, to which the customer representative quoted me a price which was some 2k lower on what he had quoted me earlier. I don't know if they were bluffing or making up but definitely these people are crooks. I had been doing research for 2 months on price quotes and was well aware what others are offering. I take it as :They just want customers to feel bad for not choosing them. I would not recommend this dealer. More

Outstanding experience! Their internet quote was the exact price they charged. Everything they did or said was honest! After we arrived, they were very busy. I noticed an almost constant stream of exact price they charged. Everything they did or said was honest! After we arrived, they were very busy. I noticed an almost constant stream of "internet customers". Most of them walked, signed the paperwork, and drove away in their new car. I just can't figure out why other dealerships can't get rid of their "old-school" lies and dishonesty. Team Honda has obviously figured out the way today's customers expect to do business. I look forward to another transaction with Team Honda! More
