What do you give a salesman that deserves exceptional praise -- more of it. You see, a friend of mine was assisting me in looking for a vehicle for my daughter after her accident. Needless to say, I ha praise -- more of it. You see, a friend of mine was assisting me in looking for a vehicle for my daughter after her accident. Needless to say, I had the "men will try to sell women anything" attitude. So my coworker did my leg work with the assistance of Mr. Ron Shirley. Now you would think I am praising my coworker - not. Mr. Shirley dug in with my coworker to make sure I got the best deal for my money, had the car ready for him to inspect and test drove it with him and did repairs that my coworker had found. But Mr. Shirley did not stop there. When I came, he made sure I test drove it and made sure I was satisfied with the sale. Things that I was not satisfied with, he made sure they were taken care of and insisted I tested it again just to be sure it met my satisfaction. It is difficult to find a person that you honestly felt didn't take advantage of the fact I was a woman but that is exactly what he did. Thank you Mr. Ron Shirley for stepping up and raising the bar of a salesman. Your dealership should be very proud of you. I know I am and will be back when I am ready to shop for my truck. And I will be sending as many other people as I can to him. More

I have approached this dealership twice two years apart and will never try to visit there again. My first visit two years ago resulted in me not being able to get anyone to assist me at all. The second v and will never try to visit there again. My first visit two years ago resulted in me not being able to get anyone to assist me at all. The second visit resulted in me not being able to close a simple deal for a new vehicle. I waited over an hour just to have my trade in evaluated and then they gave me several weak reasons on why they could not match the trade in value another dealership gave me. A $2000 difference. No one seemed concerned or upset at the loss of my business. I went to another dealer and saved $4000 and had the best customer service of my life. It was like night and day. More

The internet sales manage I recently purchased two new Honda's (CRV - Civic) from Team Honda of Lithia Springs. I asked for pricing via the internet. The internet sales manager Steve Shaddix gave me pricing. I came in drove the cars went back the next day arranged financing and picked up the cars. The price quoted was exactly what I paid. Both transaction were completed within 2 hours. There was no tricks, games etc. The Team sales and finance force at the dealership were courteous and respectful and the whole process was unlike any experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. I would heavily recommend purchasing a new car from this dealership. I feel a received great pricing and the service was top notch. Steve is a great guy to work with.....even if he is a Georgia Bulldog. More
