Strongly discourage visiting AutoNation. Made my husband drive all the way down there just to tell him they didn't have the part and didn't know when they would. I got an oil service on Monday, 9/20 and I was told that my tires will need attention soon. My tire pressure came on while driving back home. I called and was told that was a call station…the person transfe my tires will need attention soon. My tire pressure came on while driving back home. Tried to call again and chose option for service or operator to no avail. Since I’m not able to reach them, I made an appointment with Firestones to get an inspection so I can have everything checked. Very disappointed. More

Went for oil change 9 am appt. asked how long of a wait was told 1-1 1/2 hr. Took a Little over 3 hrs. I understand they checked other stuff but that’s a bit much. And the advisor that usually takes care of my stuff probably doesn’t even work there anymore ( she was polite and attentive and kept you informed.! She gets 5 stars) this guy Saturday didn’t deserve the 3 I gave. Didn’t even say thank you when I paid! More
