Strongly discourage visiting AutoNation. Made my husband drive all the way down there just to tell him they didn't have the part and didn't know when they would. I got an oil service on Monday, 9/20 and I was told that my tires will need attention soon. My tire pressure came on while driving back home. I called and was told that was a call station…the person transfe my tires will need attention soon. My tire pressure came on while driving back home. I called and was told that was a call station…the person transferred me to the person that handled my service…left a message and never got a call back. Tried to call again and chose option for service or operator to no avail. Since I’m not able to reach them, I made an appointment with Firestones to get an inspection so I can have everything checked. Very disappointed. More

Went for oil change 9 am appt. asked how long of a wait was told 1-1 1/2 hr. Took a Little over 3 hrs. I understand they checked other stuff but that’s a bit much. And the advisor that usually takes care of my stuff probably doesn’t even work there anymore ( she was polite and attentive and kept you informed.! She gets 5 stars) this guy Saturday didn’t deserve the 3 I gave. Didn’t even say thank you when I paid! More
