The service department techs do an excellent job! If you want to call them with a question or setup an appointment, generally they don't answer the phone. You have to drive to the dealership to get answer t want to call them with a question or setup an appointment, generally they don't answer the phone. You have to drive to the dealership to get answer to your question or setup an appointment. I was told last time to email them with these questions so I will try that next time but they should answer their phones. I would go try Honda another dealership if there was one close by. More
