I recently purchased a Honda Accord EXL after looking at multiple dealerships across three states. None of the other dealerships that I interacted with had people like Maurice and Jena. Ultimate professi multiple dealerships across three states. None of the other dealerships that I interacted with had people like Maurice and Jena. Ultimate professionals. Maurice stayed on top of the deal, answering all questions that I had and doing so in a professional manner. Jena followed up as well and was a pleasure to deal with and ultimately sealed the deal. I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience I have had. If you need a car, talk to Maurice and Jena. They will work with you and make your experience enjoyable. AutoNation Honda Thornton Road is lucky to have them. The other dealerships I dealt with could learn from these two. More

Services are poor, the statment was setteled on my paper was false, and the service manager told me that the trip computer lies, so, if i bought a japanese car is beacuse i believe on accurate of sistem tha was false, and the service manager told me that the trip computer lies, so, if i bought a japanese car is beacuse i believe on accurate of sistem that honda selling to the clients. My car got the service to routation of tires and change oil only, but unfortunelly when i look at the computer trip my tires it was with different information that was on my statment, very differentt info!! disgusting much more with what the maager siad to me. The visit was pleasant until we received the vehicle. We had to wait 7 days before the vehicle could be handed over to us because of mechanical issues. I believe that the issues were skimmed over because the service dept. is heavily behind- BUT THIS PUTS MY FAMILY AT RISK- THE BEARINGS ON OUR VEHICLE ARE BAD AND THE DEALERSHIP WANTS US TO RISK OUR LIVES DRIVING IT BEFORE THE 90 DAY WARRANTY KICKS IN- AND THEN BRING THE VEHICLE BACK AGAIN- THE DEALERSHIP WOULD RATHER PLACE MY FAMILY IN DANGER THAN TO FIX THE ISSUES WITH THE VEHICLE PROPERLY- I JUST DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THINGS HAVE GONE SO BADLY SO QUICKLY- NO EXCUSE FOR THE *EXTREME WAIT TIMES* AS WELL!
