AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley - Service Center

Oscar was friendly, polite, and efficient with my 2021 Honda oil change and MPI, on April 1, 2023. I was told that my battery passed the service test and is okay. I only have about 4000 miles on my 1 1/2 Honda oil change and MPI, on April 1, 2023. I was told that my battery passed the service test and is okay. I only have about 4000 miles on my 1 1/2 year old CRV, and I’ve already needed three roadside services to jump the battery. I was encouraged, by technicians at Honda to drive more than I am, and I will try to do that. I still keep a battery maintainer on my Honda, at night, just in case, and it seems to be working well. I am happy with my CRV, and the service department. Everyone is more than willing to help me, and I truly appreciate that! More

To set up an appointment by phone was a mess ! The phone system would run you in circles and took me over 15 minutes to finally get through. The online set up is a total waste of time. Best Honda Service Dept in Spokane! I used to be customer of another local dealer until I kept getting run around about a recall update that they said was unavailable. I called Autonati I used to be customer of another local dealer until I kept getting run around about a recall update that they said was unavailable. I called Autonation who did the update the next day! I will Never visit other Dealership again!!!! Also other dealership said update takes 4 hours, was in and out of Autonation in 20 minutes! Excellent customer service!!! More
