I took my outback Subaru in for a full detail. Al was the person that I talked with, and explained pricing before I made the appointment. I bought a Prius 2012 from this dealership in 2019 and have been taking the car there for regular servicing ever since. My past experiences were great! However, my last service appointment was substandard have been taking the car there for regular servicing ever since. My past experiences were great! However, my last service appointment was substandard. The service team missed the multi-point inspection so I asked the service agent to complete it. The car was returned to me shortly after with a hand written service summary showing that everything in the inspection passed the test. As I left the leadership, the TPMS light came on. I reported my dissatisfaction to the dealership. A manager followed up with a call and suggested that his manager will follow up with another call to remediate the issue. It's been almost a month and I have yet to hear from the dealership. This is rather unusual because my past experience here have been great. More
