I’ve left two messages and never heard back. They have my contact info, and I left it again in my messages. This is the second issue I’ve had with Autonation. The first was when I bought the vehicle and they refused to honor the cleaning package I purchased. Decided to give them a second chance and got burned again. They are full of empty gestures but refuse to honor their commitments or fix their mistakes.
