I debated on leaving a review. I have owned many Acura Mdx's and decided I would try a Honda CRV Hybrid. The gas mileage is awesome. I can't say I was really pleased with my experience with Honda Service dept. I dropped my brand new car off on a Monday, had a loaner, which was a Toyota with no bells and whistles. My car was to be done that day. I was given the run around till finally Thursday, which they literally were running around to finish. My new Honda wasn't washed at all after being at the service dept for almost a week. The communication wasn't good. I am grateful that Kevin comped one of the add ons. He was very sorry for how my 1st experience went with them. I realize everyone is short staffed, I think this is why I was extra frustrated, because I had to leave my work to come pick my new car up by a certain time, and couldn't get ahold of anyone in the dept, just to show up and my car wasn't finished. But, again, I don't believe this was how they normally run. Hopefully just a fluke for them, and me. More

Of course we went for an oil change but they found many additional services that needed to be done. We were quoted and agreed. Went to pick up our car and cost was higher than we expected. They said they a additional services that needed to be done. We were quoted and agreed. Went to pick up our car and cost was higher than we expected. They said they assumed we knew about shop fees. Those were never mentioned or included in the quoted cost. Work was done so we had no option but to pay. They offered 10% off next visit. Well that’s pointless since we won’t be back. More
