Did a great job on the install of my cargo carrier. Only issue I had was that they told me one price before the installation and up charged me because I had a coupon for 15%. Seems to be in decline. Dropped off for oil change at 10am and asked how long it would take, I was told it would take about 2 hours. When the adviser verified the number to call upon completion, I informed him that my wife was in meetings and in and out of phone service and had him write my contact number down. After 2 hours of errands with my friend that was gracious enough to give me a ride, I went back to the dealer. I was told that they weren't quit done. It was not in the garage, so I said they haven't started have they. He sheepishly said, "no we only have one tech today, we will call you when it's done". Well, they didn't call me, they called my wife, because of the delay in getting the word to me, I missed my opportunity to get a ride back with my friend and had to pay for a ride back. Then the service rep didn't know who I was when I picked it up. When I picked it up, they said it needed a transmission service and throttle body service. If they had done the oil change in a timely manner and notified us of the other work, we would have had them do it then. When I asked how they determine that the throttle body needs cleaned I was told that they visually inspected it, but in the inspection video there is no sign of that happening. More
