Mykel, our salesman, was AWESOME. He was new to his role and was still full of energy, open to learn, and tried hard to make sure we were happy and purchase go smoothly. Unfortunately, when I signed the "menu" to hold the new vehicle I was specifically told pricing was not done and I was ONLY signing to hold the CRV. The menu also showed cash price, lease & finance options, as well as specifically stating the additional "warranties" listed in cash price were negotiable. I felt I could sign given it was obviously not complete pricing. We got to the finance department and the additional $1500 (incl. tax) in "warranties" we did NOT want were forced upon us. The finance person refused to remove the charges despite showing him the wording on the menu AND that I specifically in writing was only signing to hold CRV not confirming pricing. We had already been there for 3 hours when paying cash and although I was happy to walk away over the complete deception and theft of $1500 from us, my business partner did not want to sit at another dealership for $1500 savings. It was the principle for me. This is the 2nd vehicle our company has purchased from AutoNation and we will never purchase from you again. This dealership lives up to the stereotype of deceptive, corrupt measures. More
