I took my 2020 Pilot in for a pre-paid oil service/multi point inspection/tire rotation. It all worked as advertised. Kevin and the crew in the service dept. were polite and friendly. The waiting room and r point inspection/tire rotation. It all worked as advertised. Kevin and the crew in the service dept. were polite and friendly. The waiting room and restrooms are very clean and the coffee is free. The car was in and out in about an hour. The car was washed clean. Very satisfied More

This was my first visit for maintenance. I have been a Larry H Miller customer for years & will not return so I am giving Auto Nation a try. So far so good! My low tire pressure light came I have been a Larry H Miller customer for years & will not return so I am giving Auto Nation a try. So far so good! My low tire pressure light came on a few times after the service so I had to recalibrate the system 3 X's but the light is finally staying off. All in all, I had a good experience for my 1st visit. They are easy to work with and don’t recommend service that is not needed. I have been going there since I bought my CRV in 2006 and wouldn’t go anywhere else even though it’s a long drive to the dealers that is not needed.
