READ YOUR INVOICE! I always use the Costco 15% discount when I go in. I either show or tell them that I have it. Got the bill and notice no discount so I asked and h I always use the Costco 15% discount when I go in. I either show or tell them that I have it. Got the bill and notice no discount so I asked and he had forgotten about it. Very apologetic and he redid the invoice with a 10% discount, which I caught after paying. So he had to start over again with a refund and now the 15% discount, which saved another $17. I like coming here, as it is close and from what I can tell they do a good job. Just make sure you read your bill. I like humans, not robots. Only suggestion I would make is - be more human...get a sense of humor. No more drop off and courtesy car. I miss that. More
