Was promised a full detailed cleaning since they didn’t have a chance to clean the car before selling to me but I’ve called a handful of times, emailed the sales team and keep getting crickets or being told they can’t schedule without talking to their supervisor and then the call drops or the supervisor is unavailable when they transfer me to them.
