Just two comments addressed to Honda designers: the garage door transmitter is NOT included... and regretfully the Sales Team was not aware, but later said that could be purchased as an add-on, pretty expensive. Very disappointing, to buy a top trim model without such a common feature, and not know prior to purchase. Instead of, say, Theft Protection, I would rather have the garage door transmitter. Second: the spare tire is a temporary tire, for low speed / short distances. But this is an off-road SUV, a flat tire is quite likely... a full size tire and rim should have been included. I purchased one as an add-on. More

I purchased a used Ford f350 from them with only 712 miles on it. The transaction was done completely online due to I'm from out of state. Upon receiving the truck, there was a ding in the plastic dash and the leather portion of the dash was severely wrinkled, like something hit both areas. I have photos of the interior upon purchase and there were no such defects. I spoke with the general manager about these issues and his reply was, well, what do you want me to do about it? Customer service and integrity are a thing of the past, very unfortunate. Especially when you spend $87,000. On a used, certified vehicle.
